Cutting: Creating precision-fit garments
Cutting is a key step in creating garments that fit accurately. Our skilled cutting masters possess expertise in cutting techniques and extensive experience. They accurately cut each component based on design drawings and customer size requirements, ensuring maximum fabric utilization.
During the cutting process, we pay attention to the layout and orientation of each part to ensure consistency in fabric texture and patterns across the garment. We also conduct quality inspections on each cut component to ensure precise dimensions.
